Service Description
Lead Photographer: Melissa, with her creative vision and warm approach, will be your primary photographer for the day. Second Shooter: Rachel (that’s me!) will support Melissa, ensuring every angle and candid moment is beautifully documented. 6 Hours of Continuous Coverage: From the excitement of getting ready to your most meaningful moments, we’ll be there for six seamless hours. Engagement Session: A relaxed, fun engagement shoot (with an outfit change) to celebrate your story and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Custom Wedding Day Timeline: Personalized planning so your day flows effortlessly and you get all the must-have shots. Downloadable Online Gallery: All your edited images in a private, easy-to-share gallery—never expires. Print Release: Print and share your images however you wish. Custom USB Drive: All edited photos (matching your online gallery) delivered on a keepsake USB for peace of mind. Booking Details: Total Investment: $2,500 Deposit: $500 secures Melissa as your lead photographer and locks in your date at Studio 44C. Ready to chat or book your date? Cancellation Policy
Booking, Travel, & Cancellation Policy We’re honored you’re considering Studio 44c Photography for your special day! Our process is simple, transparent, and fair—so you can focus on celebrating, not stressing. Booking & Retainer: A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This retainer is applied toward your total package price. The remaining balance is due in full no later than one week before your event. No services will be provided until payment is received in full. Travel Policy: All packages include travel within a 75-mile radius of Wedowee, Alabama. For events beyond this area: A travel fee of $100 per hour (round trip) applies for distances exceeding 75 miles from Wedowee, AL. For venues over 200 miles away, a double hotel room for overnight stay will be required and included in your invoice. All travel details are discussed up front, with no hidden fees—just clear, honest communication. Rescheduling & Cancellation: We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. The retainer and all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Payments may be applied to a new date if rescheduled with adequate notice and within one year of your original date, subject to availability. Your Experience Matters: We’re committed to making your booking experience as smooth as possible. You’ll receive a detailed contract outlining all terms, and we’re always available for questions or special circumstances. Ready to Book?
