Celebrate your child’s milestones with a session designed for comfort, safety, and joy. With special training in newborn handling, you can relax knowing your baby is in caring, experienced hands. Up to 3 hours of relaxed, baby-led photography Perfect for newborn portraits or toddler milestone sessions (like half-birthdays and birthdays) Includes an online gallery of beautifully edited images for easy viewing and sharing We allow plenty of time for feeding, changing, and cuddles—making sure your little one feels safe and happy throughout the session. For toddlers, we focus on capturing their unique personality and the fun of their special day.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Travel, & Cancellation Policy We’re honored you’re considering Studio 44c Photography for your special day! Our process is simple, transparent, and fair—so you can focus on celebrating, not stressing. Booking & Retainer: A $500 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date. This retainer is applied toward your total package price. The remaining balance is due in full no later than one week before your event. No services will be provided until payment is received in full. Travel Policy: All packages include travel within a 75-mile radius of Wedowee, Alabama. For events beyond this area: A travel fee of $100 per hour (round trip) applies for distances exceeding 75 miles from Wedowee, AL. For venues over 200 miles away, a double hotel room for overnight stay will be required and included in your invoice. All travel details are discussed up front, with no hidden fees—just clear, honest communication. Rescheduling & Cancellation: We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. The retainer and all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Payments may be applied to a new date if rescheduled with adequate notice and within one year of your original date, subject to availability. Your Experience Matters: We’re committed to making your booking experience as smooth as possible. You’ll receive a detailed contract outlining all terms, and we’re always available for questions or special circumstances. Ready to Book? Once you’re ready, we’ll send your contract and invoice electronically. Your date is officially reserved once your retainer is received.
